Hi-Potion Percussion & Art Update

Channeling JJ Cale

I’ve been arranging percussion for our songs “Swamp Mint” and “Waters.” Both of these tracks will appear on our up-coming album Hi-Potion. Drew and Jerry played drums on most of the tracks, but Dave and I have crafted the percussion for a few songs. It’s been super fun! We’ve used a combination of analog and electronic sounds to create some cool stuff.
Our friend Matt is creating the cover art for our new record. He designed the cover for Nine Genies in the Family Room too. We’ve seen some drafts and they look awesome!
We’re getting close to finishing this project. We’re so excited! We’ve been working on these songs for 3 years! We will let you know more soon.
